As your Commissioner, I’m proud of our achievements over the past four years. Together, we have:

• Created the United Lauderhill Community Association, a vital resource for our community
• Established the Inverrary Steering Committee, shaping the future of our Golf Course
• Launched Lauderhill’s Condo Association Forum, advocating for residents in Tallahassee and easing the burden of Association Assessments.

However, I recognize there’s still more work to be done to make Lauderhill the best it can be. As a retired Army Veteran, my sense of service and compassion drives me to continue serving our community.

In my next term, I’ll focus on:

Beautification: Enhancing our city’s appearance through:

• Park renovations and expansions
• Street landscaping and lighting
• Community art initiatives
• Business district revitalization

Tax Reduction: Working to:

• Lower property taxes through efficient budgeting
• Explore alternative revenue sources
• Advocate for state and federal funding

Condo and Homeowner Relief:

Collaborating with state lawmakers to:

• Reform condo laws and reduce fees
• Address excessive assessments
• Protect homeowners’ rights

Tackle Crime: Implementing:

• Community policing initiatives
• Increased surveillance and security measures
• Youth programs and job training to prevent crime
